How to permanently delete your Tfastunlocker account, exactly what is removed, and the records we are required to keep.
Sign in and open a support ticket from the account you want deleted, with "Delete my account" as the subject. Asking from inside the account is how we confirm the request is really yours. If you can no longer sign in, contact us from the registered email address and we will verify you another way.
We remove your name, email address, WhatsApp number, address, profile details, sign-in history, saved devices and notification registrations, support conversations, and the link between your account and any Google sign-in. Your username is released and your desktop licence is deactivated.
We keep invoices, payment records, and a minimal record of operations performed, because tax, accounting, and anti-fraud law requires it. These are reduced to what the law needs, separated from your contact details, and deleted when the retention period ends. We cannot delete them on request; no business can.
Deleting an account forfeits any unused credits and ends any active licence. If you want a refund for unused credits, ask for that first and let it complete, then ask for deletion. We will tell you the balance before we proceed.
We confirm the request within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their own cycle, so a copy may persist in an offline backup for a short period after that, from which it cannot be retrieved for ordinary use.
Deleting your account here removes our record and the link to your Google identity. It does not delete your Google account, which stays under your control at Google.
You do not have to delete everything. If you only want a specific piece of information removed or corrected, ask support for that instead and keep your account, credits, and history.
Tell us before the deletion completes and we will stop it. Once it is done it cannot be undone, and a new account will not inherit your old credits, licence, or history.
